NoFollow Links
Not all links are created equal. A “NoFollow” link is a hyperlink with a small piece of code (`rel=”nofollow”`) that tells search engines: “Do not count this link as a vote of confidence.” Social media links, blog comments, and paid advertisements are almost always NoFollow. This prevents people from spamming the internet just to get better rankings.
This archive explains why NoFollow links are still valuable for your Niagara business. Even though they don’t directly boost your SEO score (PageRank), they still bring real human traffic to your site. We also discuss when you should use the NoFollow tag on your own site—for example, when linking to a sponsor or an affiliate product—to stay on the right side of Google’s guidelines.
