Market share tells you who is selling the most; Share of Voice (SOV) tells you who is *talking* the most. It measures how much of the conversation in your industry is dominated by your brand compared to your competitors. In the Niagara real estate market, if 100 people mention “Realtors,” and 20 of them mention your agency, your SOV is 20%.
